Crisp Point Lighhouse is located along the coast of Lake Superior between Munising and Whitefish Point. It inherited its name from a strong-willed keeper and boatman named Christopher Crisp. When it was operational, the light produced a focal plane 58 feet above the mean low water level of the lake.
